When Mike and I opened up that first extract homebrew kit back in 2010, I don’t think either one of us really imagined just what was in store for this little hobby.  Back then, some of the beer was good (some was truly bad) but we kept working (and drinking) and laughing (and drinking) and testing (and drinking) and improving (and did I mention drinking). Low and behold, with every batch, the beer got a little better.

In 2012, we decided it was time to see what our family & friends thought of the beer we were working to perfect in the garage.  With that, our first Oktoberfest Party was born. 

Over the years, we have moved from cloning many of our favorite beers to creating recipes based solely on our vast experience with unique ingredients.  All of the beers that you will sample today are original recipes created and perfected over the years.
