  • Benezette Blonde

    4.8% ABV 24 IBU

    A good percentage of Munich and Biscuit malts give this beer a solid malt backbone with just a hint of hops.

  • Oktoberfest

    6.2% ABV 12 IBU

    A traditional German Marzen style beer. Using German Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts as our base grains. We also add Honey and Crystal malts to increase the flavor, color and aroma of this delicious beer

  • dunkELKweizen

    5.0% ABV 20 IBU

    Barley malts and roasted wheat give this Weizen beer a sweet, malty flavor with a big white head. Great as a session beer.

  • The Hazy ELKaholic

    7.8%ABV 70 IBU

    This IPA beer is known for its smooth character. We combine barley, honey malt and flaked oats with huge portions of Loral and Amarillo and Citra hops. But it’s the yeast that really brings out the fruity and floral flavors.

  • RAZZLE Sour Ale

    4.2%

    Starting with a great American wheat beer we then use a special souring yeast to create just the right amount of pucker. Generous amounts of raspberry provide the tang.

  • Andy’s Shandy

    3.4%ABV 16 IBU

    A Lemon-Blueberry Shandy that starts with a base recipe of Pilsner and Wheat malts with just a touch of Honey in our initial mash. Once fermentation is complete, we add natural Blueberry extract creating our Blueberry Wheat. What makes Andy’s Shandy so delicious is the late addition of fresh Lemonade, cutting the ABV drastically and creating a thirst-quenching summer beverage.

  • ERB Imperial Stout

    8.8%ABV 35 IBU

    A big dark Stout with notes of coffee and chocolate. Brewed specifically to eliminate bitterness.

  • ERB Half Day IPA

    –– 5.6%ABV 75 IBU

    A session ale that smacks you in the face with hoppiness but maintains a relatively low ABV. We utilized Pale, Crystal and Honey malts and bittered with several ounces of Cascade hops. We then infuse more Chinook, Amarillo, Cascade & Centennial hops near the end of the brewing process

  • HefeWeis

    5.6% ABV 18 IBU

    Here we just call it a “hefe”. The Benedictine monks have been cultivating this yeast strain for centuries and give this wheat beer its distinctive flavor.

  • Koko Brown

    6.0%ABV 24 IBU

    Features Amber, Caramel, Chocolate & Victory malts. It is bittered with Northern Brewer Hops and finished with Fuggle Hops to balance the sweet maltiness. We chose British Ale Yeast which ferments dry & crisp, producing a well-balanced beer with a clean and neutral finish. Fresh coconut added to the mash makes for a very refreshing dark amber ale.

  • Lost Gold Lagar

    5%ABV

    This Vienna Style Lagar was created based off the Dents Run Gold Story. n 1863, 11 Civil War soldiers left West Virginia on a secret trip. Hidden in the bottom of their wagons was a fortune in gold bars that were to be transported to the Philadelphia mint. Everything was fine, until they entered the woods near Dents Run, Pa.
